The merry month of December is also a time for food, festive meal preparation and gathering around the table. At this Wisdom hour, we will learn about the motif of food in works from the UGM Collection – as a still life, an attribute in a portrait, or an apple that has almost completely transformed into an abstraction. Some of the artworks will also remind us of the problem of poverty and hunger, which can be all the more acute during the festive season.
This Wisdom hour is free of charge.
