Closing of the Creative Saturday season 2023/24

At the end of the Creative Saturday 2023/24 season, as part of the Summer Museum Night, we invite you to an exhibition of artworks created by children throughout the year in the inspiring environment of the art museum. They have been learning about modern and contemporary art, developing their observation, curiosity, artistic skills and above all their love of art. In the exhibitions that we have explored throughout the year in the UGM's exhibition halls, the children have tried their hand at different ways of expressing themselves as artists - from drawing, painting, sculpting, printing, collaging and creating performance art. The special feature of this year's workshops was that we also used art to promote love and a sustainable relationship with the environment - plants, animals, water and food. In the style of sustainable development, which also promotes the reduction of buying new things, we will invite you to take part in a clothes and toy exchange after the opening of the exhibition.
The exhibition will be on display on 15 and 16 June 2024.
Instructions for participating in the Clothing and Toy Exchange:
1. bring your second-hand clothes and toys to the UGM Box Office by 17.30, where they will be inspected and accepted by Inja Ferlež.
2. you can participate with clothes and toys that are clean and undamaged
3. for each item of clothing or toy you will receive a Voucher
4. after the opening of the exhibition, you can exchange your Voucher for another item of clothing or toy
5. by taking part, you agree that UGM will donate any leftover clothes and toys to a charity
